Noisebox upgraded the meeting room technology for Calendar Cheese’s Melbourne office, replacing legacy AV systems with wireless audio pods, a 4K auto-framing camera, and a 98” LG commercial display for modern hybrid collaboration.
Noisebox managed the removal of the existing legacy AV equipment and the installation of a new technology platform designed to support modern collaboration.
The project included:
- Removal of the previous meeting room AV system
- Installation of a 98” LG commercial display for presentations and video conferencing
- Deployment of wireless audio pods across the meeting table to ensure clear voice pickup throughout the room
- Installation of a 4K auto-framing camera that automatically detects and frames participants during meetings
- Full system configuration, testing and commissioning

The upgraded system provides a simpler, more effective meeting experience while delivering improved video and audio quality for hybrid meetings.
The combination of wireless audio capture, intelligent camera framing and a large-format commercial display ensures the meeting room is ready for everything from internal team meetings to client presentations and remote collaboration.
