Noisebox recently completed a full design-and-construction meeting room technology fit-out for Allura Partners, delivering a suite of Microsoft Teams-enabled collaboration spaces within their new office environment.
Allura Partners initially engaged Noisebox to provide advice on the most effective technology solutions for a range of meeting spaces, including smaller meeting rooms and a larger boardroom environment. The goal was to ensure each room delivered a consistent, reliable and intuitive user experience for Teams-based collaboration.
Working closely with the project team, Noisebox was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the meeting room technology, from early infrastructure planning through to final commissioning.
Scope of Work
The Noisebox team managed all aspects of the technology implementation, including:
- Pre-wire and AV infrastructure planning during the construction phase
- Installation and fit-off of all audiovisual and conferencing equipment
- Commissioning and optimisation of each room’s technology
- Custom programming to automate room functions and simplify user interaction

The result is a set of modern meeting spaces designed to support seamless hybrid collaboration. The systems have been carefully configured to ensure meetings start quickly, technology is easy to operate, and users can confidently rely on the rooms for day-to-day collaboration.
