The brief
For a premium corporate workplace, collaboration technology needs to match the quality of the surrounding environment. The brief for Kraft in Japan was to deliver a Microsoft Teams-based experience that made it easy for people to meet, share content and collaborate across locations.
The technology needed to feel integrated into the architecture rather than added to it. Displays, cameras, microphones, control interfaces and supporting infrastructure all had to work as one cohesive system while preserving the clean visual finish expected of a high-end corporate project.

Noisebox delivered a Microsoft Teams-based collaboration environment that combined professional displays, conferencing cameras, room audio, touch control, and supporting network and rack infrastructure.
The visible technology was kept clean and purposeful. Cameras were positioned to support natural meeting views, displays were integrated with the joinery and wall finishes, and ceiling-mounted audio hardware was coordinated with the wider services above the room.
