Having embraced Technology as a pivotal resource within the Clients workspaces – the evolution of a “next Gen” Audio Visual & Video Conferencing deployment was the driver for this design construct engagement. Quantifying the Clients “use case” through a discussion and discovery process was instrumental in identifying the actual Technologies and inventories for a variety of spaces including
- Executive & Board Level management meetings presentations both virtual & in office.
- Smaller Meeting Rooms with soft Client & BYOD solutions.
- Large Presentation – All staff events utilising sound reinforcement and streaming capture technologies.
- Digital signage
- Visitor Check in
- Room Booking systems integrated with exchange.
